Michalsky StyleNite in Premium Partnership with DHL

On January 21st 2011, the next MICHALSKY StyleNite will take place during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin. Michael Michalsky presents his Fall/Winter collection for 2011. Consistent with Michalsky’s inspiration theme “Urban Nomads” the visitors will experience the great German premiere of Disney’s new movie TRON:LEGACY.

The inspiration theme of the new MICHALSKY Fall/Winter 2011 collection is „Urban Nomads“. It is dedicated to all the people living in cities and who have developed new lifestyles in these urban surroundings. Speed, technological awareness, openness and flexibility characterise those people. And even though on first site the personal living conditions of the “Urban Nomads” seem to resemble each other, a closer look reveals that individuality has grown significantly. At the same time basic values such as social exchanges and family ties are increasingly in the focus of attention. “Urban Nomads” are no hermits; they live in networks and make use of them in a variety of ways.

Having handled logistics for Michael Michalsky's fashion label for more than two years, DHL ensures that all logistics operations related to this top-notch fashion show run smoothly. Logistics services for Michael Michalsky include warehousing, handling of consignment stock and international distribution of the designer's collection to fashion shops. Currently, DHL is making sure that Michalsky’s collection will be available for presentation at Berlin’s Tempodrom where the designer will present his collection at a “StyleNite” on the occasion of this year’s Fashion Week, on 21 January.
