2011 Formula 1™ Turkish Grand Prix

As the proud title sponsor of the 2011 Formula 1™ Turkish GP, DHL Express CEO Ken Allen presented the Winning Constructor's trophy to the Red Bull racing team.
What an exciting day for Red Bull! On defending champion Sebastian Vettel wins the treasured Driver´s trophy of the DHL Turkish Grand Prix. The German who succeeded the third time in four rounds, finished the race 58 laps in the shortest time: one hour 30 minutes 17.558 seconds.
His team colleague Mark Webber backing him up in second place, also drove the fastest lap with a time of one hour 29 minutes and 703 seconds. To run the fastest lap in a race it's a result of speed, precision and teamwork- all indispensable attributes that characterize DHL as the world´s leading logistic company.
Ken Allen, DHL Express CEO, said in a statement today: "DHL, Official Logistics Partner of Formula 1™, is the international specialist responsible for delivering Formula 1™ on to the starting grids around the world and we have a long-standing, successful partnership. We wanted to underline this by branding one of the races with DHL's name." Bernie Ecclestone, Formula One Group CEO said: "We are delighted to have DHL as the title sponsor of our race in Turkey."
