New York gets glamourous with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

The Big Apple dolls up when fashionistas hit the city of dreams for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week from September 8th – 15th.

Great things have to be expected when some of the biggest names in the fashion industry as well as young stars and emerging talents will capture the interest of over 100,000 visitors.

Eight days of shows and presentations on three main venues will show the works of over 95 designers and DHL is especially proud to sponsor the Elie Tahari Spring 2012 runway show on September 14th!

The designer from Jerusalem is nowadays known and loved for his more than luxurious interpretation of female and male fashion, especially the Tahari suits. The numbers tell the story: you can find his stores on five continents and his collections are represented in more than 6000 US stores. We are more than curious to see what he will come up with next – to be seen on the New York runways.
