Rugby World Cup 2011 in New Zealand is on!

It is the first time that the Rugby World Cup is hosted exclusively in New Zealand solely. The very first Rugby World Cup was co-hosted in 1987 by New Zealand and Australia jointly and the All Blacks won that tournament with the support of their nation.

This time the hosting country is the number one ranked team in the world and the home advantage is big: a minimum of travelling for the team, great support of the national fans and special field knowledge could help the team achieve favorable results. South Africa is one of two countries to have won the Rugby World Cup twice as well as being the current champions, some facts to definitely be proud of. From the northern hemisphere England and France could provide the biggest threat as they both proved to be strong and full of power to achieve their goal.

It is clear that the guest teams traveling to New Zealand realize the magnitude to beat the men in black on home soil but the world can hold its breath for any Rugby World Cup surprises and we are excited to see which team will finally hold the William Webb Ellis Cup in their hands!
